Photo Booth History
The photo booth has a deep history
in the US and abroad. Everybody has crammed themselves
into a photo booth to get a strip of 1 inch pic’s
at one time or another. The photo booth has also been a
studio for mini love portraits for millions of teenagers
and adults alike. Even though getting more than two people
into one of the traditional photos booths can be a challenge.
Mathew Stiffens filed his patent for an automatic photography

a similar machine at the Exposition Universelle in Paris
Producing tintypes for use as souvenirs, ID s and tokens
of affection, this type of machine proliferated until after
World War 1. The Polaroid Camera was created by Edwin Land
